Question about prepaid visa and madtercards

I wasn't really sure where to go with this question but since I have these cards as a result of beermoney I figured who better to ask then you guys.

I have about 6 different cards, all with varying amounts and from different places (tango, wired and prepaid digital solutions)

Is there an app or an account that I can sign up for and put them all in it and when I buy something they will take it off the card one right after the next? I attempted putting them in my 2nd paypal and just sending the money over to my first paypal but that is really a pain in the ass. And I attempted to just use them as my preferred payment method in my paypal but it will deny my transactions if I don't have enough on there (even though I have my checking/debit account as back up)

Any advice?
