Paidviewpoint giving me no surveys

I need $15 to cash out on PaidViewpoint and I'm currently on $13. Problem is I've been on $13 since mid November and have gotten no new surveys. It's kind of irritating because I was getting surveys a lot more times when I was around the $5-$10 range. Anyone else getting bootyclapped by this site? wtff
