Most efficient way to monetize Bing Rewards?

I used to redeem the Bing rewards points for 12 month Xbox Live Gold gift cards and flip them for approximately $40 apiece either in r/gameflip or gameflip.com. But now that that option is not available anymore, I was wondering if Amazon GC is the way to go.

Anyone else try anything else?
