Is Grabpoints a scam?

I signed up for grabpoints and did a few offers and surveys, they then locked my account when i tried to withdraw the money and wanted my ID to verify who I was. I sent them a copy of it and they said my account will remain locked for another 30 days to prevent fraud? Will I ever get my money out or should i just right it off as a lost cause.
