IM IN OVER MY HEAD.

I hope I did that right so far. O.k., so I just got my first invite for speech collection with Isoftstone. I signed everything, but, the next part is where they need samples of my voice. I don't know how to do it (record it). Has anyone done this before? I have always wanted to try this, and I am about to screw it up before I ever get started! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
