Help getting a job irl

Hey guys I need help finding a job irl. I am considerably failing college due to my mental health problems I am unable to have the desire and motivation to complete my studies now I am having problems finding a job for my career. I mean I have gotten atleast the partial requirements but does anybody know any job boards, or any other job agencies where i can search for and not have problems getting a job. Atleast some help is appreciated.
