Google Opinion Rewards - did everyone ever get their money back and if so how?

A bit late to posting this, but within the last month I lost $160. It just randomly disappeared without notice. Seems like expiration policy changed as they've never expired before and have had for over 1 year.

Contacted Google with no response. Anyone have any luck?
