Best practice to not get banned when using multiple sites to do surveys?

So I just got into doing surveys and I am paranoid about getting banned.

I signed up for gg2u, qmee, and grabpoints and have been doing some surveys on them. Before I really get into it, I want to make sure of a few things.

Should I access all of the 3 GPT sites using a single browser/container or use a different browser/container for each so that their cookies are separated. And is it ok to do, for example, Your-Surveys through BOTH gg2u and grabpoints?

The reason I ask this is because I currently use gg2u + qmee on Firefox, and grabpoints on a different Firefox container. And I noticed that some of the offerwalls and survey routers on gg2u and qmee often send me to the same survey providers as those on Grabpoints.

I am worried that, for example, if I do:

Your-Surveys (forwarded by Offertoro) on gg2u

later in the day, do Your-Surveys again on Grabpoints using a different Firefox container,

Your-Surveys might see this as 2 different accounts or persons sharing a same IP address since there are 2 different sets of cookie states and UIDs.

Another concern I have is doing MyThoughtCounts on both gg2u and Grabpoints since both sites state that they can be done only one a day.

Will these ever be an issue? I will appreciate any tips or insights you guys can give me. Thanks.
