Anyone else not get the $4 gift card from the college campus survey?

I filled it out and sent customer service an email yesterday, the 4th, and got this as a reply:

“Your inquiry about your college campus gift card was sent to our customer service. We will be processing the rewards in the next 24 hours.

We apologize for the delay and appreciate your participation.”

I still haven’t gotten it yet. Anyone else had this trouble?
