$25 Paypal from Swagbucks never deposited in account

Cashed out $25 with Paypal, and received an email from Swagbucks saying it was ready, but never got an email from Paypal saying the money was deposited, logged into my Paypal account and the money was definitely never sent. Anyone else had this issue before? I've cashed out this way many times in the past with no issues. I filled out a support ticket so hopefully I hear something back soon. It's incredibly frustrating. The email from Swagbucks was sent out 7 hours ago, so the deposit should definitely be there by now if it was in fact sent.
