Hi VolKno users,

Quick update. We are finishing the audit of the site and new feature implementation. Unfortunately, there were a significant amount of users attempting to “game the platform” by submitting random feedback that must first be removed and blocked. These are users who are only using the site as a means to earn gift cards but not give their honest opinions on our videos. Once the purge is complete, you will be able to redeem your flow. We are working diligently to get this resolved as we know this is negatively impacting the good users who are providing honest feedback and want to be fairly compensated. Those users will be awarded additional bonus flow for the inconvenience. We are working diligently to get this resolved, are deeply sorry this is taking longer then expected and anticipate it will be sorted sometime next week. We are confident that implementing these new features will prevent future service interruptions and create a much better overall user experience on the platform. We assure our users will be able to redeem all accumulated flow upon reactivation. Thank you for your time and patience and we apologize for any inconvenience.
