Serpclix

Hi,im using Serpclix from few days now,made around 4$,was wondering if its safe to use or if it is somehow dangerous to use

Im using it on my phone and sometime during the research i get a message from google that ask me to confirm that im not a bot,showing my ip and such.

Thers any click that i should avoid in firstplace? Thanks for info
