Mobile Earning Options?

Hi again,
I'm a current user of dscout and usertesting for mobile earning, but those often take a while to either complete or apply/get accepted to. Are there any good apps for completing relatively quick tasks on? Not looking to earn a lot, just something to do when I'm bored that isn't a waste of time. I've tried a few scratcher apps, but those just seem like they take forever to earn enough coins to cash out. Any suggestions? I'm on android. TIA for answers.
