Issue cashing out with BigToken

Hey guys I can't cash out on Bigtoken. I have all of the requirements fulfilled except the one that says "No pending transactions." Which is weird because I don't have any pending transactions, my last cash out was successful. They are ignoring my emails. What's going on, have I been banned? Pls halp
