IntelliZoom Closed Study Issue

For about a month now every study i take has been closed, no matter how quickly i accept the email link or even click directly from the dashboard within seconds of being a study being posted it is closed.

I have contacted them about 10 times via email twitter facebook and every time i have been given the same cookie-cutter response.

- The study reached the desired quota and closed.
- The client may have taken the study offline.
- If you are travelling, try again when you are back at home.
- The device, operating system, or browser version is incompatible.

Thing is after a solid month of this issue and it happening well over 60 times this just can't be the issue. I have been using the platform for a year and never had this issue before. Also, there have been other people on Reddit with the same issue.

So I'm asking has anyone with this issue got a proper response or any help or has the issue gone away.

If you do have this issue are you testing somewhere other than your registered country. Like you are registered in the USA but testing in UK, and that is why you are having the issue. I'm testing in the same country as i registered.

Is anyone getting any tests registered outside of the USA like Canada or the UK and the links are working and not auto-closing the study?

Any info and feedback from other users would be greatly appreciated.
