InboxDollars said I didn't qualify, but I did. Won't pay me.

So I did an Acurian Health survey and was pre-qualified, gave them my information, and a confirmation email was sent. However, when I went back to InboxDollars, it showed the usual "Sorry, you didn't qualify" page and won't pay me for the survey. I'm really upset as the survey was worth $4(the largest yet for me, usually on 25c), and I spent nearly an hour completing it. So what could have happened? Do they just not want to pay out? Who can I contact? InboxDollars or Acurian Health to get this sorted out?

I swear, I'm fairly new to Inboxdollars but this site is turning out to be a huge disappointment in such a short time.
