I'm a newbie to this, so what would you recommend?

The thing is, I'd like to do some surveys/watch adds for gift cards, but there are some difficulties: 1) I need a site for Ukrainian region; 2) I would really like to get gift cards (like PSN/Xbox/Nintendo/Google Play etc.) instead of just money; 3) I'm kind of confused with all these sites (thousands of them).
