I can't cash out of survey junkie. It gives me an error when I do.

I have around 8000 points in my account right now and I decided to cash out since it's black Friday today. After putting in the verification code from my email, it gave me message saying that "there was an error processing your redemption" even though the code was correct. I tried it again every hour but so far, it still gives me that stupid error message. What should I do?
