Hideout.tv Video Publishing

There's something I've been wondering about Hideout.tv after spending the last couple months watching the videos posted there.

Is there anyone here who actually publishes videos there for beermoney? I'm curious about whether it's worthwhile or not. Does Hideout pay its content creators directly, or in the form of points? Do payments for publishing have to be manually cashed out?
