Getting Pei Points from other places, with my card, without me using it.

So my question is that I got notified from Pei about 3 transactions from other places without me being there nor using my credit card online. Looking at it, it is using my credit card I entered, but when I check my credit card transaction from Chase, there was no history for it and Chase cannot place it under fraud.

I'm now worried about Pei that my credit card info will be stolen, so I just want to find out if this happens to somebody else too.
