Freemyapps bug

So when i go to the freemyapps site when i click on getting started nothing happens my phones is IOS 9 so i thought this was the problem but i tried with my brother's phone and it still didn't work i tried with an android still nothing i love in the middle east but I don't think this is the problem cause this isn't the first time we use freemyapps Is the problem with my settings? Did it stop working in the middle east or what?
