Blank message after signing up for Swagbucks?

I tried to sign up for Swagbucks from the mobile app and after I enter my email address and password and hit sign up it gives me a popup that says 'message' at the top, a blank box, and an OK button at the bottom. I hit ok and then nothing happens. When I try to login it says I have a deactivated account but they never emailed me a verification to activate. Any help?
