What can i ask from my mobile internet provider

I purchased a mobile broadband just for my dongle to use with bots (different automation tools) Seems like my IP range got blacklisted by some sites when i was using my bot that wasn't finished properly. What can i ask my mobile provider to get a new IP range? I asked them for a new public ip range and they said it was dynamic and changing by itself randomly. I think they did not really understand what i meant. How do i ask this question properly?
