Trouble redeeming my CrowdTap points

I have acquired over 5000 points and have tried redeeming for Amazon gift cards and had the points disappear only for them to reappear on my account many times. I can still take surveys and build up more points but it won't let me reedem it for whatever reason. Is there some kinda bug with the site or do they have a limit of how many times you can redeem gift cards? Ive never had this issue the past few months I've used CrowdTap
