SoFi Money - anyone familiar with them?

So I was just referred to SoFi Money, and my welcome bonus is appearing on my account but it says it's on hold. Other people are saying it should be instantly available. Does anyone know why my bonus is on hold? I might call them about it tomorrow if it's still on hold.
