SB Gift Card Question

Hello, I was wondering if members of the Swagbucks community could answer a question for me.

Do any of the Sephora gift cards go on sale at the beginning of the month? If so, which ones and for how much? I know some retail store cards do, but I've never gotten any Sephora gift cards before, and want to get one for my niece for Christmas. Thanks in advance for any info.
