[Paidviewpoint] Issues?

Has anyone else been having issues with the site for the last 24 hours? Whenever I visit the site for the last 24 hours, the site is white instead of black, there's some new link that says 'skip to content', but when you click it, nothing happens. Also, everything has moved from the top right hand side of my screen, to the top and middle, left side of my screen.
