List of mystery shopper sites?

I know many people here use mystery shopper apps. Which ones are legitimate and which are shady? Which pay the most on average? Which have a consistent supply of tasks? Which pay in cash?

I haven't seen a comprehensive list anywhere but I thought others may be interested.
