League Of Legends - is it worth getting into

So i bought an account back in October 2017 and the account got "banned" today. I later found out the account wasn't actually banned but someone else got access to it. Apparently, the account was stolen and the original user decided to recover the account. Now I'm left with no account and debating if i should level up a new account or just quit the game. Not really sure. Any Suggestions

Was planning on selling my pc as well, huge cash right there.
