Is TryMyUI and their sketchy app legit?

I signed up and forgot about them until today. I got an email saying there was a test fitting my democratic but I need to download the app since it’s on Mobile. I followed the link to download and I get this message:

“These instructions explain what to do when you encounter the "Untrusted Enterprise Developer" popup after installing the TryMyUI Task app.”

Ummm what? I’ve never come across an app requiring me to do this whole preceder AND the app automatically downloaded to my phone without my permission.

Just seems kinda weird.
