Is e-Rewards legit?

I bought a car about a year ago and got an email from the parent company saying that they’re extending an “exclusive offer” to me to sign up. It looks legit to me, but I haven’t heard of anyone using it on here before. Doesn’t look like they offer the most common types of payout (PayPal, Amazon GC, etc.) but they still have some bigger companies. Does anyone have experience with them? Good or bad, I’m just trying to figure out if it’s worth me signing up.
