IntelliZoom closed surveys

Hello! Is there anyone experiencing the same issue? Whenever I receive an invitation email, I immediately open it to find the study has been closed! All of the studies I receive are closed. I know they only last for a short period of time, but not 5 seconds!!! I haven't got any working study in months. Thoughts?
