I’m not getting the message on current (music) that says “are you still listening?” I think it’s because I have an old version of the app. Should I update?

I’m still getting points except now it’s only 600 but it used to be 800. Should I update or not? I mainly use current as passive because of school so I can’t listen for most of the day. I’m on iOS. I don’t know if only android gets the message or not.
