Disqualified for being "Other"?

I just started doing UserTesting and was filling out the questionnaire to see if I qualified for the survey. I got to the second question which was my race, and I selected other because I'm half black/half white and that was the only accurate option. I was immediately told I don't qualify. I mean I understand that they want to collect data on different ethnicities, but It's still frustrating when you dont "fit the box". Half tempted to just start saying I'm either black or white....sorry for the rant but I'm annoyed yall.
