Banned from current

I cashed out on current and I was still using the old version of the app. I got an email stating my gift card was on the way and then on the app, it said I was suspended. So I contacted support and they sent an email stating I had violated one of their rules and gave a list. All of them Involved using vpn’s or emulators or voip phone numbers. I have not done any of those things, I replied to them. Has this happened to anyone else?
