Any Volkno Users here?

Hi, i just started using Volkno about a month ago. I have enough to cash out for several gift cards, but havent been able to for over a month. I keep getting the "try back in 24 hours" error message. I heard this happens often and that they always pay up but when is the last time anyone actually cashed out? Has anyone been able to redeem anything after August or even in September? Or has anyone heard from their support team about what is the hold up? I have sent 3 emails since September 1st, with no response. If it eventually comes back up, I might as well keep racking up as many points as possible until I hit the highest gift card option...until it does come back & allow us to redeem oir cards. I'm not too far away from it now, but I dont want to keep trying if I am just wasting my time. Anyone know what's up?
