android "get paid to..." offers

hey, I'm using the Google opinion rewards app, which is great, but only pays in Google Play credit. I was wondering if anyone can suggest a good app that will allow me to use this credit to complete paid offers and convert some of the credit balance into cash. Is this even possible? Let me know if you've tried this.
