YouGov first GC payout

I finally got enough for my first payout & I chose a Amazon gift card. Got an email stating it would be a e-code sent "up to 12" days processing. But most everyone I've talked to says it takes less than 7 days to get it. Its 9 days today. Just curious how long your first payout took? I've not heard really positive things on their payout process so was curious.
