subscriber benefits

We should have a section that explains all the benefits that one gets as a subscriber and it should also be linked to upgrade subscriber page.
Why?
Because in the upgrade section those few words dont make much sense, someone coming here for the first time needs to know what is clubhouse, what are other benefits (like envato), etc.

It will boose the subscription sale as well as be self-explanatory.
