QuickThoughts is driving me batshit crazy

I can't sign in on any device. The contact form on their webpage errors out. I try to change my password, thinking that might be the problem. The app says it'll send an email for me to change the password and it never comes. This app fucking hates me, and all I ever did was sign up. I haven't even been able to log in one time. I'd say fuck it and give up but everyone is saying it's good for a solid $70 a week. Any suggestions?
