PrizeRebel is frustrating me...

I signed up for it today after reading many of the glowing reviews for it. I tried SurveyJunkie for a while but became frustrated with them constantly disqualifying me and/or not rewarding points after completing surveys. I read that PrizeRebel was much better so I tried them out...

Immediately, I was disqualified for two surveys, so I decided to try getting some free samples for points since I found the samples to be interesting/useful. I wasn't able to finish filling out the forms necessary to get the reward despite them taking my personal info and already sending me tons of texts, and couldn't get signed up for the samples OR the points rewarded.

Has anyone gone through this? Am I doing something wrong?
