Mysterium Network: How to change from data center to residential?

As it says in the title. I don't know the difference between residential and data center but I know residential is supposed to be better. Also it says automatic NAT traversal is in progress and the message won't go away even though I've port forwarded. Have I configured the ports incorrectly or is that message just there all the time?
