How often can you get test driving gift cards?

Went to a dealership today for the first time for a 50 dollar gift card to test drive a car.

How often can you do these with the same dealership? For example, if they offer the same promotion next year can you do it again?

Can you do the same promotion at different dealerships? Ex 2 different Ford dealerships
