Every time I try to register with Quickthoughts I get "No Network Connection" anyone know why it happens & how to fix it?

Every time I try to submit & register my information with Quickthoughts I get "No Network Connection" Please check your network connection and try again

This happens every time all through out the day when I try to register............Anyone know why it happens & how to fix it?
