Does streetbees actually pay out?

I've been using it for a couple weeks now and made around £14 on it. £10 has been paid out but 4 surveys I completed about a week ago all called Lunchtime weren't paid out even though they were all approved for payment. More recent ones have been paid out aswell. I sent an email to the support on Friday and they said they would sort it out but nothing has happened and I haven't received another email. Do they just stop paying out for some reason?
