dialogue collection job (italian) on neevo

i've been working for neevo for like a month now and completed multiple jobs for them, for which i got paid for, this is the first time this kind of job has been sent to me. it asked about my recording environment of choice (noisy or silent) and my dialect. i am an italian native so it would be no problem doing this, for the exception it says it requires to take phone calls and do the part of the client and reading whatever the task says. will i have to talk to someone or will it be some pre-recorded voice? did this happen to someone else here, even in other languages?
