Anyone Knows A Site To Upload Torrents To Get Traffic?

I've read a method about getting traffic from torrent (To earn money), But the problem is there's no torrent site that accepts registrations, and if there is, the have limits!

Also The Pirate Bay Has canceled registrations since May.
