1st Month of Actually Trying - $370(!)

I've spent a lot of time on this subreddit and finally decided to actually try to earn. I work a full time job but I don't quite make as much as I'd like after paying all my bills. I tried starting back in June with Quickthoughts and made $10 quickly, and was promptly banned when I tried to cash out. I tried some other survey sites and really didn't like them. Finally at the beginning of August I signed up for basically everything and tried them all. Here are my earnings from the ones worth mentioning (I have random change spread across other sites that I may or may not revisit):

dscout- $140 (Paypal)

Respondent- $118.75 (Paypal)

First Court- $60.00 (check, because I messed up and ticked that box rather than Paypal)

Usertesting- $30.00 (Paypal)

Prolific- $14.53 (Paypal)

MTurk- $7.27 (haven't actually cashed this out yet)

Total- $370.55

I'm obviously super happy with my earnings, and with this subreddit for giving me so many ideas! Thanks all! That being said, I think I got lucky. The First Court thing was an online mock jury which was actually pretty fun, but not something to count on in the future. They were specifically looking for people in my city because that's where the trial would be. Also, I got picked for the Respondent interview on like my second survey with them; I've gotten nothing since. Even Usertesting hasn't had anything for me since those first 3 (sad because I find it really fun).

I'm looking ahead to September and trying to figure where I can increase earnings more consistently. I 'm working on a dscout "mission" right now for $75, so at least I know I'll start with that. I also have $21 on Prolific that I guess I'll count as Sept earnings, and I'm waiting on a McCormick marinade to test at home for a $10 Amazon gift card. I was recently accepted at Constant Content so I'm going to try my luck at writing; I tried iWriter and some similar content mills previously and hated them so I'll see if the different platform works for me. I think the other thing I need to figure out is Mturk. I see so many people making far more than $7.27 in a month there!

So anyhow, I hope this helps or inspires someone! I love reading other people's reports so I figured I'd contribute too.
