volKno GC issues again?

I went to redeem my 5,000 points for a 5$ Amazon GC and got a message up top "We are currently experiencing issues ordering your gift card. Please try ordering again in 24 hours." Has anyone else been experiencing these things? I remember a few months ago they were having issues with their GC, I'm hoping this isn't occurring once again.
