Swagbucks and paypal

Good day,

Looking to get the $25 paypal redemption from SB.

My paypal currently has been locked until its paid off from (small amount of $14 CAD which I was unaware of while it was inactive) so I can't login in but can recieve payment. Want to know if I need to actually login to redeem the paypal redemption, it does verify when I put in my first and last name but would I need to login or is the name and email address satisfactory?
